Banana Bread

For a 20 x 10 cm cake

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 100g GASTRONOMIE LE MOULIN Flour
  • 100g ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts

Preheat the fan-assisted oven to 180°C.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.  Mash 3 bananas. Mix the eggs and the bananas with the peanut butter.

Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl, then add them to the banana mix.

Pour the mixture into your greased cake tin.

Decorate with a banana, a few nuts and some chocolate chips.

Put into the oven for 50 minutes at 180°C.

Let the cake cool on a wire rack before removing it from the tin.
