Pour faire de succulentes pâtes, il faut avant tout une semoule de première qualité. Afin de la confectionner, nous travaillons main dans la main avec des agriculteurs luxembourgeois, dans une approche durable, respectueuse de la nature. Depuis plusieurs générations, nos meuniers élaborent des semoules à partir de grains de blé dur rigoureusement sélectionnés dans le respect de la tradition familiale.

Aujourd’hui, cette semoule nous permet de vous proposer une gamme de pâtes issue à 100% d'un champ cultivé au Luxembourg.
